Seesaw has been working on the identity for Melbourne based Architecture firm Thomas Winwood. The cards are currently being letterpressed at Taylor’d Press so we thought we would snap a few pics of the press check.

One of the great projects we have been working on lately is the website for new club/venue Pretty Please.
We were lucky enough to get invited to the opening party but do you want to check it out yourself? Then head on down to 61C Fitzroy Street and look for the big fancy pink door. Oh and did we mention it is open until 7am ? Yep, liver is aching just thinking about it.
Oh and check out the amazing line up announcement here…
Bad Habits.
Good Manners.
Pretty Please.

Yes yes, I know you have all seen this before but can we marvel in it once more?
Letterheady is an online homage to offline correspondence; specifically letters. We just think it is both damn pretty and pretty interesting. Always a good combo. Enzo Ferrari’s letterhead? The paper on which J.D Salinger hand wrote beautiful letters? Amazing.
Check it.

Big thanks for all who came on Friday night…. you are all awesome. Much pong was played, much alcohol was drunk and big ups to Ben Capp for taking out the trophy. Thankfully everyone survived the cab ride from hell – Ben hope your back is ok.
You guys all rock, and much love. Matt – thanks for letting me trash the studio (again).

From what I can remember I believe Friday night was a success. The trophy received a mullet, much beer was drunk and bats were piffed at boys. All in all a rather hilarious evening had by all.
Congrats to Steve Gourlay for taking out the prize. Big ups to Noush for judging. Commiseration’s to Rat Myley for losing in the last round. Happy birthday to Andy for Saturday and thanks once again for all at Seesaw for making it awesome.

Woopah! The courier just dropped off these little babies and they turned out a treat.
A little gold foil here, a little white foil there and you have some damn pretty business cards for IF Architecture.
Here are a couple of happy snaps….

Hi , I opened the screen door yesterday and my cat got out and has been missing since then so I was wondering if you are not to busy you could make a poster for me. It has to be A4 and I will photocopy it and put it around my suburb this afternoon. This is the only photo of her I have she answers to the name Missy and is black and white and about 8 months old. missing on Harper street and my phone number.
Thanks Shan.

Goodness gracious, who would have thought that we would actually put work on this blog. Wonders never cease.
We are slowly trying to edit the new folio images so more will be posted soon, but for now here is a pretty little one for makeup artist Alicia Smith. A gorgeous little yardage mixed with a silver foil…. lovely!

So I stumbled across the amazing and totally adorable illustrations of Berkley Illustration the other day and am obsessed. My gorgeous friend Kristin sneakily bought me the Sloth and now I think I need a few more to add to the collection.
I think the descriptions of each character are just as amazing as the illustrations.
“Because of his tiny stature, this pygmy marmoset learned from an early age that all of his pants would need hemming. He became so good at tailoring, in fact, he now runs the most exclusive alteration business in town. He gives discounts to most executive birds of prey to keep himself on their good side.”
